The OneYou Westminster Award recognises projects which have made a difference to adults health and wellbeing leading to making longterm improvements to their lifestyle.
Russell John, our Men's Space Coordinator, collected the Award accompanied by member Albert who takes part in the Men's programme of activities. Albert spoke about the amazing impact being part of the project, Russell’s skill at getting him involved and how appreciative he is of Open Age and the change in his health and Wellbeing.
