We offer a range of services:

One-to-one support

Our Job Coach/Broker can conduct an initial diagnostic interview and skills audit to assess client needs and develop an action plan. Each action plan is tailored to the individual, but might include: 

- Job search strategies
- Support with the application process (CVs & forms)
- Mock interviews 
- Support with career progression/career change
- Work placements at Open Age and with other providers
- Matching clients to vacancies with local partners 
- In-work support for the first three months of employment
- Follow-up interviews to review the action plan 

Seminars & Courses 

The Open Age employment programme offers the following seminars & courses:  

- A weekly Work Club to support job applicants 
- Specialist seminars exploring a range of issues 
- Workplace oriented computer courses 
- Referrals to local colleges and other providers
- Referrals to Campden Charities for Working Age Grants
